Hi,
I want to build an LED shield with 3 - 5 LEDs for my Galileo board. I'm using an SDK image and programming the board using C language. https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/blinking-leds-manipulating-digital-gpios-on-the-intel-galileo-board-with-the-i… looks like a good start. but I need to know whether I can use all the pins (4 - 9) since the schematic https://78462f86-a-cd92480b-s-sites.googlegroups.com/a/malinov.com/www/Home/sergey-s-blog/intelgalileo-programminggpiofr… shows that they are directly mapped into the hardware. Another question would be concerning the resistance of the resistors needed for the LEDs. Choosing The Resistor To Use With LEDs sounds like a good solution, but I'm no expert. Does anyone have any idea about that?
Thanks,
